As the co-owner of two European bakeries in New York, Claudia honed a passion for baking and decorating special-occasion cakes. After relocating to Washington, DC, she became a certified project manager, overseeing complex domestic and international communications and event planning for a large global non-profit. She also has launched several creative initiatives, including a line of card designs and a furniture refurbishing company.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Jamie has resided in the Washington, DC, area for the past 20 years. Throughout his professional career, he has amassed a wealth of experience in logistics, facility management, sustainable energy strategy and event management.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Jamie has resided in the Washington, DC, area for the past 20 years. Throughout his professional career, he has amassed a wealth of experience in logistics, facility management, sustainable energy strategy and event management.
In addition to overseeing operations at Puesta Del Sol Farm, Jamie currently serves as a strategic planning consultant and the Chief Operating Office for a large county administration in the DC area. He also previously founded and managed an international sporting events company.
