We are dedicated to environmental improvements that foster a sustainable future. Our buildings use recycled and local materials that optimize the natural environment. 

We use Geothermal technology and solar panel systems, providing a net zero footprint with generator resiliency.  

Rainwater collection is used for our greenhouse irrigation, where we grow a selection of naturally grown fruit and vegetables, allowing Our caterers to provide a farm-to-table experience.

We partner with ranchers and farmers to procure the most local and fresh ingredients giving health benefits and helping to reduce environmental impact. 

In addition, we work with local organic flower farms that protect the health of the earth, the environment, and the people touched in all aspects of the short life of a cut flower.

We are working on the Appalachia "Chispa" (spark) Project which will allow us to further expand our sustainability projects and have a direct impact in our community, and serve as an example to future generations.
